Payment Policy
All invoices are payable in full at the time of consultation. We accept all major credit cards, EPS, cash, or cheque payable to DR LAUREN BRAMLEY AND PARTNERS. If sending a cheque by mail, please include a copy of the invoice and write the PATIENT NAME on the back of the cheque. The patient is responsible for payment of the entire invoice regardless of any insurance claim or dispute. X-ray or imaging fee includes review of the results by a doctor and a telephone consultation by your doctor or a nurse to discuss the results. For your safety, medication dispensed is not returnable.
Walking Directions
Our clinic is located on the 9th floor of Pacific House at 20 Queens road in Central. The building is next door to New World Tower and is above the Diesel clothing store. We are two doors down the road from Marks and Spencer, directly opposite the entrance to harvey Nichols. Entrance to Pacific House is via a small lane named Zetland Street. You can also access Zetland Street from behind Pacific House via On Lan Street. Call us on 2877-6068 if you get lost.

Parking
Ask your driver or taxi to drop you on Queen's road at New World Tower "Sun Sai Gai" which is next door to us.
Parking is avaliable in New World Tower which is right beside Pacific House. Enter via Wyndham Street and On Lan Street.
$170 per day /
$30 per hour on Saturdays.
Valet parking is available across the street on Queen's Road at the New Mandarin Plaza / Harvey Nichols entrance.
$200 per hour.
(2 hours of free valet parking when you spend a total of HK$3,000 or more at the shops and restaurants in The Landmark, Prince's Building, Alexandra House and Chater House. Simply present same-day receipts to the Concierge on G/F, The Landmark before you collect your car).
Hourly parking is also available at IFC, about 10 minutes walk, or Cheung Kong Centre opposite HSBC on Queen's road, about 5 minutes walk.
